Blogger gets Google+ comments. Google has already integrated Google+ on some of their products like Blogger, Gmail and other now to the latest search engine giant has brought Google+ Comments to Blogger platform. You can enable G+ comments from your Blogger dashboard and increase conversations and engagement with readers and also get more traffic.
Enabling Google Plus Comments from Blogger dashboard
1. Sign into Blogger with your username and password.
2. Click on Google+ tab on dashboard and check “ use Google+ comments” setting.
Before turning on g+ comments make sure your blogger profile has been upgraded to Google+ profile if you don’t have one create new one by clicking on Google+ tab in dashboard. And readers having Blogger profile need to create Google+ profile or page to comment on your blog, if they don’t have one Blogger prompts to create one.
If you use Disqus commenting platform for your BlogSpot blog then after enabling Google+ comments your comments won’t be preserved.
Google+ Comments for Classic template blogs, private blogs and custom templates
Google+ Comments won’t be available for classic templates and adult content blogs the setting to enable G+ comments will be grayed out on such blogs. Bloggers using custom templates can add Google+ comments widget to their blog template by adding the following code.
